I started boilermaking in 2010 at Tully Sugar Mill, I was always interested and passionate about creating things from scratch and problem solving; and coming up with innovative solutions.
I have worked for over 12 years in the maintenance and manufacturing industries, over those 12 years I've been involved in Mining, Manufacturing, Agricultural, Defence, LNG plants and Aluminium fabrication.
I wanted to further my career from hands-on execution work, to the designing and engineering phase; so I moved on to drafting 3 years ago and established Davis Dynamic Design in 2023, after two years we expanded into Normaco, offering the same great services on a bigger scale. I am excited and passionate about growing this business and working on new projects.
